Let Them Order It Themselves
Branded eStores
Give employees, departments, properties or locations their own branded merchandise store — while Monarch73 manages the products, inventory, fulfillment and shipping behind it. You control what’s available. They place the orders. We handle the rest.
Once more than one team orders merchandise, someone becomes the bottleneck. Every request routes through one person, and the moment they are unavailable, a department orders shirts from somewhere else and the brand drifts.
An eStore removes the bottleneck without losing control. You decide what is available and what it costs; they order it.

Stop Managing Merchandise Requests Through Email
Can you order 25 polos? We need 50 tumblers. Can you send swag to the Miami office? What merchandise is approved? What is our budget? Each one is a small question, and each one lands in the same inbox.
A store answers them before they are asked. The catalog is the one you approved, the budget is already set against the department, and the address is entered by the person who actually knows it.

Everything Your Merchandise Program Needs

Branded storefront
A private merchandise store designed around your company’s brand, products and approved users.

Controlled catalog
Only approved merchandise, branding and product configurations are available to order.

Users & permissions
Control who can access the store, and what products or programs are available to them.

Budgets & allowances
Assign purchasing limits by employee, department, property or other approved group.

Inventory integration
Orders can draw from merchandise already stored with Monarch73. Core products can be produced in bulk and held for ongoing fulfillment, while others are sourced to the program’s requirements.

Fulfillment & shipping
Monarch73 picks, packs and ships each order directly to the requested destination.

Program reporting
See merchandise activity, inventory movement and ordering patterns across the program, with orders associated to the department, property or cost center that placed them.

Three Ways Clients Use a Store
Hotel groups and multi-location brands
Corporate approves the catalog once; Monarch73 produces and warehouses it. Each property orders what it needs, when it needs it, from the same approved range — so locations stop sourcing independently and brand standards hold without corporate signing off on every order.
Employee merchandise allowances
Instead of HR collecting names, addresses, sizes and product choices on a spreadsheet, each employee is given a credit and chooses for themselves. They pick the polo, the hoodie or the backpack, enter their own size and their own address, and the balance updates as they spend it.
Recognition and milestone rewards
Rather than sending everyone the same anniversary gift, a milestone releases a merchandise credit and the recipient chooses — a jacket, a backpack, a drinkware set. The recognition arrives as something they picked rather than something they were sent.
One Platform. Different Ways to Use It.
If merchandise is ordered by more than one person, in more than one place, this is the shape the program takes.
From Click to Delivery
One order, from the moment somebody presses buy to the moment the inventory count changes.

One Merchandise Program. Fully Connected.
A store on its own is a website, and anyone can build one.
What makes it a merchandise program is what it is connected to — merchandise sourced and produced, inventory warehoused, a catalog kept to what you approved, orders picked, packed and shipped, activity reported, and stock replenished before it runs out.

Frequently asked questions
What is an eStore and does Monarch73 build them?
An eStore is a branded online merchandise portal — a private store where your employees, clients, or members can browse and order branded items directly. Monarch73 builds, manages, and fulfills from eStores on behalf of our clients.
We handle the product sourcing, store setup, order fulfillment on each purchase, inventory monitoring, and replenishment. Your team gets a link to a store that looks like your brand — not a generic vendor portal.
eStores are particularly popular with HR teams running employee gifting programs, and with membership organizations that want to offer branded merchandise without managing a fulfillment operation.
Who can access our eStore, and can different teams see different products?
You decide. Access is granted to the people you approve — employees, a department, a property, a franchisee or a specific group — rather than to anyone with the link.
What each group can order is controlled separately from who can log in, so a sales team, an individual hotel property and a new hire can each be shown the range that applies to them while ordering from the same store.
Can employees receive a merchandise allowance or budget?
Yes. Purchasing limits can be assigned by employee, department, team, office or other approved group, so an onboarding allowance, a departmental budget or a recognition credit is applied at the point of ordering rather than reconciled afterwards.
Orders can be associated with the department, office or cost center that placed them, which is what makes the program reportable at the end of a quarter.
Can employees choose their own size or merchandise?
They can. For programs where sizing or choice matters — apparel especially — we set up a branded employee store: a private online storefront carrying the items you have approved, at the specifications you have approved, so nobody is ordering off-brand.
Employees select and size themselves, orders draw down the inventory we hold for you, and each one ships to the address given. You see what has been ordered and by whom without collecting a single spreadsheet of sizes.
Where is eStore merchandise stored, and who ships the orders?
Monarch73 does both. Merchandise is received into our facility, organized and held as inventory, and each order placed through the store is picked, packed and shipped by us to the address on it.
This is the part that distinguishes a Monarch73 store from a storefront you could build yourself: the store is the front end of a merchandise operation that sources, produces, warehouses, fulfills and replenishes behind it.
Can you stock an eStore with merchandise we already own?
Yes. Products can be sourced through Monarch73 or supplied by your existing vendors. We can receive merchandise you already hold, bring it into inventory alongside anything we produce, and fulfill from the same stock through one store.
That matters if your apparel comes from one supplier and your drinkware from another — the store presents one catalog regardless of where each item originated.
Can you replenish eStore inventory when it runs low?
Yes. Inventory levels are monitored across the program, so it is visible when a product is running down and replenishment can be planned before the item goes out of stock rather than after somebody tries to order it.
Core merchandise is typically produced in larger quantities to earn volume pricing, then held and drawn down through the year as orders come in.
Can the eStore use our own branding?
Yes. The store is built around your brand rather than presented as a generic vendor portal — your logo, your look and the product range you approved. Your teams get a link to something that reads as your company’s store.
How long does it take to launch an eStore?
The store itself is the quick part. What sets the timeline is the merchandise behind it: products have to be selected, proofed, decorated, produced and received into inventory before anyone can order them.
A store stocked from merchandise you already hold can open considerably sooner than one whose core range is still in production. Tell us what you want on the shelf and when you need people ordering, and we will work back from that date.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Monarch73 coordinates domestic and international fulfillment for multi-recipient programs. Depending on the project, we can manage individual labeling, tracking, shipping documentation and cross-border logistics.
Our Spotify for Artists program included more than 3,000 recipients across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Can you manage our ongoing branded merchandise program?
Yes. Monarch73 can manage recurring merchandise programs that include product sourcing, stored inventory, replenishment, kitting, individual fulfillment and distribution, on a dedicated product catalog at pre-negotiated pricing.
Instead of coordinating multiple vendors, inventory locations and shipments, your team has one merchandise partner managing the program from production through delivery — and can focus on how the merchandise is used rather than on how it is sourced.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary depending on the product, decoration method and level of customization. Some programs can begin with relatively small quantities, while fully custom or factory-direct products may require higher minimums.
Tell us what you’re looking to create, your approximate quantity and budget, and we’ll recommend options that fit your program.
