Corporate Merchandise. Managed From One Place.

Corporate

Branded merchandise programs for marketing, HR, sales and executive teams — from employee onboarding and client gifting to company stores, events, bulk merchandise and ongoing fulfillment.

Corporate merchandise has two audiences that are easy to conflate: the people receiving it and the brand team approving it. An item that delights one and fails the other does not ship.

We work to brand guidelines as a starting condition, not a revision round — locked colors, approved marks, and proofs before anything is produced.

One partner. One brand standard. Every program.

Stop Managing Merchandise One Order at a Time

HR has a vendor. Marketing has a different one. Sales found a third for client gifts, events uses a fourth, and the executive team has someone they have always used. Five relationships, five price lists, five interpretations of the brand and five invoices — and no one holding inventory between orders.

Consolidated, it becomes one catalog, one negotiated price, one standard and one accountable partner, with each department still ordering exactly what it needs.

One company, every team, one merchandise program — the brand team setting approved products, standards, artwork, budgets and requirements; Monarch73 sourcing, producing, checking and warehousing; HR, marketing, sales, executive, events and workplace teams ordering; Monarch73 picking, packing, shipping and tracking; and delivery to employees, clients, offices and events, with inventory replenished

What Corporate Teams Use Us For

  • A rigid presentation gift box on an executive desk holding headphones, a leather notebook, pen, insulated tumbler, wireless charger and a tech organizer, with a partnership thank-you card

    Client and executive gifting

Premium gifts for the relationships that carry real revenue.

  • An open onboarding kit — quarter-zip, backpack, tumblers, notebook, pen, wireless charger, cables and a lanyard — beside a laptop greeting a new hire by name and a welcome card

    Employee onboarding kits

Welcome kits shipped to new hires' homes before day one.

  • A company merchandise range laid out like a showroom: polos, quarter-zips, jackets and hoodies on forms, with backpacks, drinkware, notebooks, caps and tech accessories below

    Company-wide merchandise

Apparel and gear at headcount scale, with size runs handled.

  • A corporate conference booth with staffed counter, apparel on a rack, tote bags, tumblers, notebooks and lanyards, and event cartons arriving on a hand truck

    Event and conference merchandise

For events you host and events you exhibit at.

  • A company merchandise store on a laptop and phone, with apparel, drinkware, bags, tech, gifts and events categories, product prices and the signed-in employee's available credit

    Branded company store

A private store so departments order without routing through marketing.

  • An employee receiving a five-year anniversary gift box — jacket, tumbler, notebook and a recognition card — from a manager while colleagues applaud in an office

    Recognition programs

Service milestones, promotions and awards, run as an ongoing program.

Merchandise People Want. Branding Your Team Approves.

Where your brand team gets to say no — before it costs anything.

Your brand controlled at every step — six numbered stages from brand guidelines through product selection, proof, approval, production and quality control, each listing what is checked, above the line that what you approve is what gets produced
  1. Brand guidelines

Approved marks, PMS colors, decoration methods and placement, taken as the starting condition.

  2. Product selection

Products chosen for the audience and for whether they can actually carry the mark well.

  3. Proof

A proof of the decorated product, on the product, before any production begins.

  4. Approval

Nothing is produced until your brand team has signed off on what they are looking at.

  5. Production

Produced to the approved proof, with color held across the run.

  6. Quality control

Checked against the proof before it ships, not after a recipient tells you.

One Partner Across the Organization

Six departments buy merchandise. They do not need six suppliers.

  • Human resources

Onboarding kits, recognition and employee gifts, run as programs rather than as annual orders.

  • Marketing

Campaign merchandise, event programs and everything that has to carry the brand exactly.

  • Sales

Client gifts, prospect kits and conference merchandise, personalized to the recipient.

  • Executive

Executive gifts, leadership events and VIP merchandise at a register that matches the relationship.

  • Procurement

Bulk ordering, vendor consolidation, brand standards and one negotiated price list.

  • Office & workplace

Office merchandise, team apparel and the programs that make a place feel like somewhere.

Instead of every department finding its own supplier, one program serves the organization.

Give Each Department Its Own Budget

HR, marketing, sales and events each order for different reasons and against different budgets. One catalog can carry all four, with each department seeing and spending only what it is approved for — and the reporting to reconcile it afterwards.

More Than Merchandise. Complete Corporate Programs.

What a standing corporate program looks like, by the job it does.

Corporate merchandise programs and how each one runs
ProgramHow it runs
Employee onboardingEmployee data → kit → individual delivery
RecognitionMilestone → personalized gift → fulfillment
Client giftingRecipient list → gift → personalization → delivery
Company storeApproved catalog → ordering → inventory → fulfillment
Event programMerchandise → staff apparel → signage → ship-to-show
Bulk merchandiseSource → produce → quality control → distribution

Each one is a standing arrangement rather than a purchase order. The merchandise is the visible part; the program is what keeps it arriving.

Support the Employee Experience From Day One

Merchandise does not have to be a one-time onboarding purchase. The same inventory and the same partner can carry the whole arc, which is the difference between two hundred welcome boxes and an employee merchandise program.

  1. New hire — welcome kit
  2. Employee — company merchandise
  3. Achievement — recognition gift
  4. Anniversary — milestone gift
  5. Event — team merchandise
  6. Ongoing — company eStore

Merchandise Throughout the Client Relationship

Most corporate gifting happens once a year, in December, to everyone at once. Run as a program it can mark the moments that actually matter to the relationship.

  1. Prospect — meeting or event gift
  2. New client — welcome gift
  3. Relationship — appreciation gift
  4. Milestone — premium recognition
  5. Holiday — corporate gifting
  6. VIP — executive gift

Consistent branded touchpoints through the relationship — not just at the end of the year.

Produce Once. Release Inventory When You Need It.

Employee kits, client gifts, apparel, drinkware, event merchandise and recognition gifts held as one inventory, drawn down by whichever department needs them.

Each team signs in to a store carrying only what was approved, orders against its own budget, and Monarch73 fulfills it from that stock.

  1. Produce at volume
  2. Store centrally
  3. Department orders
  4. Pick, pack & ship
  5. Replenish before it runs out

Give teams access without giving up brand control.

Frequently asked questions

Can Monarch73 manage merchandise for multiple departments?

Yes, and it is usually the reason companies consolidate. HR, marketing, sales, events and the executive team each buy merchandise for different reasons — which is why they so often end up with different vendors, different price lists and different interpretations of the brand.

One catalog, one negotiated price and one standard can serve all of them, with each department still ordering exactly what it needs and orders associated to the department that placed them.

Can employees order merchandise through a company eStore?

Yes. A private store carries only the products you approved, employees order from it themselves, and Monarch73 picks, packs and ships each order from centrally held inventory.

It also solves the sizing problem: the employee chooses their own size and enters their own address, so nobody on your People team is maintaining a spreadsheet of both.

Can departments have different budgets and permissions?

Yes, and the two are set up separately. Permissions decide who can order and what they are shown; budgets decide what they can spend.

So marketing and HR can see different ranges and spend against their own allowances within the same store, and the program can report approval status, order history and spend by department for reconciliation.

Can you warehouse our employee merchandise?

Yes. Merchandise is received into our facility, counted, organized by SKU and held as your inventory until a kit, an order or an event needs it.

For a company hiring continuously this is what makes the economics work: you produce once at the quantity that earns the better unit cost, and draw it down one onboarding kit at a time.

Can you ship onboarding kits directly to remote employees?

Yes, and for a distributed team it is the normal case rather than the exception. Each kit is assembled to your approved specification and shipped to the individual’s home or office address with tracking.

Your team supplies the recipient data; we handle assembly, address validation, labelling, shipping and tracking. Nobody at your company handles a box.

Can you create employee recognition programs?

Yes, and recognition is one of the strongest cases for running merchandise as a standing program rather than as an order. Service anniversaries, appreciation weeks, milestone awards and department recognition arrive continuously, not on a campaign schedule.

We hold the recognition merchandise in inventory, personalize to the recipient, assemble each gift and ship it — so the gift arrives on the date it is owed without your team assembling anything.

Can you personalize customer and partner gifts?

Yes. Recipient names on merchandise, personalized cards and different contents by recipient or tier are all handled inside the fulfillment operation rather than by someone on your team the night before.

You supply the recipient list; each gift is assembled to that person’s specification and shipped to them individually.

Can you support multiple office locations?

Yes. Merchandise is held centrally as your inventory, and each office orders what it needs from it rather than every location sourcing separately.

Orders can ship to the office or to individual employees at home, and a single production run can be split into per-location consignments — for Shake Shack, 40,000 components divided into 100-set consignments and routed to more than 200 sites.

Can you manage event merchandise and ship directly to the venue?

Yes — attendee merchandise, staff apparel, signage and giveaways produced together to one standard, then shipped to the venue or its advance warehouse with the required paperwork.

We plan backwards from load-in rather than from the event date, because the venue’s receiving deadline is usually earlier than people expect.

Can you PMS match my brand colors?

Yes. PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching is available for most decoration methods and is something we take seriously. Your brand colors are part of your brand identity — a product that looks off-color reflects on your company, not the vendor.
When you provide your Pantone codes, we communicate them directly to the supplier and confirm matching before production begins. When PMS matching is available, we identify any applicable color-match or setup costs in your quote before production.

If you don’t have your Pantone codes on hand, we can help you identify the closest match from your existing brand assets.

Do you send proofs before production?

Always. No order enters production until the artwork proof has been approved by the client. The proof shows the artwork in the correct colors, at the correct size, in the correct placement on the product.

You’ll receive a PDF or image proof via email. Once you approve it in writing, we submit to production. If changes are needed, we revise the artwork and resend it for approval before production begins.

Can we track inventory and orders?

Yes. The program can report what is on hand, what has moved, where it went and what is running low, with orders associated to the department or cost center that placed them.

Individual shipments carry tracking, and inventory visibility is what makes replenishment a plan rather than a surprise.
