Corporate Gifts People Actually Keep

Corporate Gifting

Monarch73 designs, sources and delivers premium corporate gifts for clients, executives and teams — from a single executive gift to a thousand-recipient program.

Corporate gifting should feel personal—even when you're sending thousands.

The best corporate gifts create a moment. They recognize an employee, thank an important client, welcome a new partner or strengthen a relationship.

Monarch73 helps companies turn those moments into thoughtfully branded experiences. We curate the products, develop the branding and packaging, manage production and coordinate delivery—whether you're sending one executive gift or thousands of packages around the world.

The result is gifting that feels intentional, on-brand and worth remembering.

Corporate Gifting Works Better as One Program

Great gifting requires more than choosing a product. The merchandise, branding, packaging, recipient experience and delivery all need to work together.

Monarch73 manages those pieces as one coordinated program, giving your team one partner, one timeline and one consistent standard from the first idea through final delivery.

You manage one relationship. We manage everything behind it.

What we handle

  • A branded Monarch73 gift set — gift box, tumbler, mug, notebook, pen, water bottle, candle, polo shirt and keyring

    Curated gift selection

We propose a specific, reasoned product mix for your recipients and budget — not a link to a catalog of ten thousand items.

  • Branded Monarch73 merchandise with a brand guidelines card and decoration swatches — emboss, deboss, screen print, laser engrave and metal inlay

    Custom branding and decoration

Embroidery, engraving, screen print, debossing and full-color print, with PMS matching so your brand looks the same on every item.

  • A branded gift box with a fitted insert, a thank-you card, an envelope, ribbon and a sticker seal

    Custom packaging

Branded boxes, tissue, inserts and cards, so the unboxing is part of the gift rather than an afterthought.

  • A branded polo shirt and tumbler, each carrying the recipient's name under the logo

    Personalization

Recipient names, handwritten-style notes and individually addressed packages at volume.

  • A Monarch73 quality control checklist beside a global sourcing map

    Sourcing and quality control

We inspect before it ships. Problems are caught in our hands, not yours.

  • Assembled gift kits, branded cartons and a fulfillment checklist in a packing area

    Kitting and fulfillment

Assembly, storage and shipping to one address or several thousand, domestic or international.

From Brief to Delivery

A clear, managed process with one accountable partner at every stage.

  1. Brief

You tell us the audience, the occasion, the budget and the in-hands date. That is enough to start.

  2. Proposal

We come back with a specific recommendation — products, decoration, packaging and per-unit pricing.

  3. Proof

You approve a digital proof, and a physical pre-production sample where the order warrants it.

  4. Production

We produce, inspect and assemble, and keep you updated against the in-hands date.

  5. Delivery

Bulk to one location, or individually addressed to every recipient with tracking.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary depending on the product, decoration method and level of customization. Some programs can begin with relatively small quantities, while fully custom or factory-direct products may require higher minimums.

Tell us what you’re looking to create, your approximate quantity and budget, and we’ll recommend options that fit your program.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the product, quantity, decoration method, packaging, personalization and shipping requirements. Larger quantities often provide better per-unit pricing.

We provide a clear proposal outlining the products, branding, packaging and associated costs so you can evaluate the complete program before production begins.

What is an In-Hands Date?

Your In-Hands Date (IHD) is the date you need your finished merchandise delivered—not the date it ships.

We plan production and logistics backward from that date, accounting for artwork approval, production, transit and an appropriate delivery buffer. If your project is tied to an event or deadline, let us know your required date as early as possible.

Do you send proofs before production?

Always. No order enters production until the artwork proof has been approved by the client. The proof shows the artwork in the correct colors, at the correct size, in the correct placement on the product.

You’ll receive a PDF or image proof via email. Once you approve it in writing, we submit to production. If changes are needed, we revise the artwork and resend it for approval before production begins.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Monarch73 coordinates domestic and international fulfillment for multi-recipient programs. Depending on the project, we can manage individual labeling, tracking, shipping documentation and cross-border logistics.

Our Spotify for Artists program included more than 3,000 recipients across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
